Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta your choice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 8 oz feta cheese block or crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the block of feta cheese in the center of the baking dish, surrounded by the tomato mixture.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the tomatoes are blistered and the feta is golden.
  • While the sauce bakes, cook your pasta according to package instructions.
  • Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and use a fork to smash the feta and mix it with the tomatoes.
  • Toss the cooked pasta in the baking dish with the feta and tomato mixture.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
