Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rotini pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken diced
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, diced chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the mixture.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
