- 2 cups cooked rotini pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken diced
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, diced chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the mixture.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
