Ingredients

  • 1 package of cocktail sausages about 28 sausages
  • 1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough 8 oz
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • Optional: mustard or ketchup for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Place a sausage at the wide end of each triangle and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Roll the dough around the sausage and place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Brush each rolled sausage with beaten egg.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve warm with mustard or ketchup for dipping.
