Delicious Pigs in a Blanket for Any Occasion
Pigs in a Blanket made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.
- 1 package of cocktail sausages about 28 sausages
- 1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough 8 oz
- 1 cup of shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
- Optional: mustard or ketchup for serving
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Place a sausage at the wide end of each triangle and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Roll the dough around the sausage and place on a lined baking sheet.
Brush each rolled sausage with beaten egg.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm with mustard or ketchup for dipping.
