In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until fully mixed.
Lay the tortillas on a flat surface and evenly distribute the chicken mixture in the center of each.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the chicken mixture in each tortilla.
Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
