Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12-15 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  • Prepare the coffee: Brew your coffee and allow it to cool.
  • Whip the cream: In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Mix mascarpone and vanilla: In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
  • Dip ladyfingers in coffee: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee on both sides.
