- 12 ounces of farfalle pasta
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls diced
- 1 cup fresh basil chopped
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Prepare the dressing by whisking together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Drain the pasta and immediately rinse it with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
