Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices of your favorite cheese cheddar or American
  • 2 slices of bread your choice
  • Butter or oil spray for toasting

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the bacon for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
  • While the bacon is cooking, mix the eggs in a bowl and season.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the Air Fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
  • Toast the bread in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Assemble the sandwich with bacon, eggs, and cheese.
  • Return the assembled sandwich to the air fryer for 2 minutes.
  • Cut in half and serve warm.
