Ingredients

  • 10 oz linguine
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 1 cup fresh basil chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan optional

Instructions

  • Cook the linguine in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente.
  • While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a separate large skillet over medium heat.
