- 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 pound salmon fillet skin removed
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1 medium onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add diced onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
Add the cherry tomatoes and Cajun seasoning; stir to combine.
