Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the ziti according to package instructions until al dente.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Mix in the marinara sauce, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine cooked ziti, sausage mixture, ricotta, and half of the mozzarella.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let the baked ziti sit for 10 minutes before serving.
