Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounces
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 4 cups tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and ranch dressing mix until well combined.
  • Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir until evenly distributed.
  • Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Top the mixture with a layer of tater tots, arranging them in a single layer on top.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
