Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.
While the chicken is cooking, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
Once the chicken is done, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
Slice the chicken and drizzle the bang bang sauce over the top.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
