- 8 oz about 2 cups small shell pasta or any small bite-size pasta
- 7 oz canned albacore tuna in water drained (about 1 can)
- ¼ cup red or green onion, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas thawed
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and let it cool a bit.
In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, drained tuna, chopped celery, onion, and peas.
In a separate bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and Greek yogurt until smooth.
Pour about half of the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Just before serving, stir in the remaining dressing for creaminess and serve.
